The HVAC trade runs in the family for President & Owner, William Lloyd, Jr. For nearly 30 years, he has managed the daily operations of Aggressive Mechanical with great care and integrity. Guided by his leadership, Aggressive has grown to include a Plumbing Division in addition to HVAC Services, and has been known by long-time clients as a quality name they can trust. His many years of professional business experience and large range of technical understanding drive the heart of the company and show his commitment to quality workmanship. When he’s not busy running the family business, you can almost always find him outside, fly fishing or spending time with his family.

William Lloyd Sr. brings nearly 50 years of combined HVAC knowledge to Aggressive Mechanical, including experience in residential and commercial projects, inventory management, financial and business development, shop fabrication and more recently, advising our leadership as Sr. Management Consultant. An avid offshore fisherman, he is also a Master Licensed Merchant Marine Captain, and enjoys spending his free time on the water.

Below is a brief introduction to a few of the key members of our team responsible for bringing year-round comfort to your home.
Our Hydronic (hot water) and Radiant Heating specialist, Jim Bruno has over 40 years of HVAC experience in both design and installation as well as his EPA certification. He spent 20 years as a Lead Installation Technician before moving into Sales & Design. He is a passionate salt-water fisherman and enjoys spending time with his 5 kids.
John has been a part of the Aggressive Mechanical family for 15 years, bringing more than a decade of experience as an Installer and an EPA Certification to his current role in the Sales Department. “It’s my job to provide our clients with impeccable customer service, while maintaining the honesty and integrity that has been instilled by AMC and my previous military service.” When he’s not designing plans for a HVAC replacement, you can find John supporting his children at their events or outdoors, camping and fishing.
Since the late 1960s, John Hein has worked in the HVAC industry and has spent over 50 years custom designing systems for both residential and commercial work. His rich knowledge of the trade has led to long-lasting clients, many whom are multi-generational. As Senior Sales Representative, he enjoys his role as mentor to the next generation of sales design representatives. John is proud grandfather to his 8 grandkids.

Josh recently celebrated 20 years with Aggressive Mechanical and he continues to serve as our Service and Sales Manager. He holds his NJ Master HVAC License, Universal Certification with EPA and a degree from Lee County Vocational School. At the office, you can count on Josh for a daily chuckle and a good cup of coffee, while at home he enjoys spending time with his family.
Service & Sales Manager
Frank is responsible for site supervision, field layout and the management of our installation crew. When he joined the Aggressive Mechanical family in 1984, he began in shop fabrication and design and now, he uses his experience to manage the installation of each and every HVAC job. During the weekdays, he’s on the job but most weekends you can find Frank outdoors, freshwater fishing.
With nearly 25 years of customer service experience, our Office Manager, Michele Martin is uniquely qualified for any customer concern that comes her way. For 15 years, Michele has been a part of the Aggressive Mechanical family; our very own “Customer Service Connoisseur.” She oversees the day-to-day office operations, ensuring you have the best customer experience possible. When she’s not answering your questions or concerns, you can find Michele in her garden, doing yoga or listening to new music. She’s a big dog lover and enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
Jessica joined our team 5 years ago, and since then she has handled all scheduling for our service calendar in addition to processing rebates and permits for each and every job. She is one of the first people you will speak to in the office, and continues to stay in touch during the completion of your job, assuring you are involved through the whole process. In addition to her position at Aggressive Mechanical, she is also pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Small Business Management. In her free time, Jessica enjoys baking, crafting, hiking and spending time with her family, friends and pets.
Customer Service Coordinator
Mike brings over 35 years of Lead Service Technician experience to Aggressive Mechanical and a certification in Refrigerant License #4. Having lead our Field Service Technicians since 1993, he is uniquely qualified to handle the Technical Support for our customers, service and installation departments. When he’s not working, you will always find him on his road bike – cycling, cycling, cycling.
Field Technical Support Services
Our on-site fabrication shop has been managed by Andrew for nearly 18 years. He holds two degrees in Electrical Engineering and HVAC Studies and is responsible for the majority of the ductwork you may have installed by Aggressive. While he spends much of his time working in the shop, Andrew enjoys spending his free time fishing or traveling.
